Our initial appointments/evaluations are booked for one hour. For continuity of care, the provider conducting your initial appointment will be your provider going forward. This site is not interactive, please call for questions and to book appointments. We are very prompt in answering our phones and providing you with all the information you need.
ABOUT US
Southlake Psychiatry PC provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for mental health. Our practice focuses on psychiatric and addiction disorders. For over 20 years, our providers have prided themselves on making certain they have the most current knowledge of pharmacology by consistently and continually seeking education on all the latest psychiatric medications and modalities. We accept and provide for all ages.
New patient visits are in-person, and then we offer follow up visits in person and via telemed, (HIPPA compliant) depending upon our provider’s suggestion for your best care. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We are located just off highway 77 at Exit 30 overlooking Lake Norman.
We, at Southlake Psychiatry, deeply understand the importance of finding competent and comforting medical attention and medication. We will always take your care, privacy, and wellbeing very seriously.
Southlake Psychiatry PC does not employ your counselors or psychologists, rather, we work/recommend them closely within the community to coordinate care, as we do with your physicians. Southlake Psychiatry PC is not affiliated with any other business.

Southlake Psychiatry PC provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for mental health issues. The practice focuses on PsychoPharmacology and Modalities for adult, adolescent, and childhood psychiatric conditions including: Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) ,Office based Opioid Use Disorder Treatment and those in Alcohol and other Substance Recovery.

Southlake Psychiatry PC does not perform Initial (New Patient) evaluations for: Legal or Forensic purposes, Independent Medical Exams (IME's), Disability Claims, Workman's Compensation Claims or Medical Leave from Work.

New Patient Appointments
Once you've booked your new patient appointment, you will get a confirmation call 2 days before your appointment. At that time you must confirm that you are keeping this appointment. If you get a message, please call back to confirm.
Plan on arriving a minimum of twenty minutes early to allow yourself time to complete the new-patient paperwork. Please bring your current identification card, your insurance card and any current medications to your initial visit. Please contact your insurance carrier for information regarding eligibility and be prepared to pay for your visit. We do not carry accounts, but we will bill your insurance as directed by your insurance. Insurance companies specify that any quote for service and fees is only an estimation. Insurance will evaluate in totality once claim is submitted.
